‘To Be Converted’

27 May 6.30-8.30pm, 28th/29th May & 4th/5th June 12-6pm.

For this, the fifth and final incarnation of Bread & Jam we will be hosting ‘To be converted‘ an exhibition featuring twelve artist interventions into the spaces offered at 52 Whitbread Road, to alter/subvert/challenge the space and the scale and ambition of the work made. Bread and Jam exists as a platform for experiment and exchange where invited artists are given free reign to make work, realise a piece they have yet to or install existing work. This venue is unique. It is an empty house not updated since the 1970s, where the artists autonomy. The show will be spread over three floors and feature 12 artists. Bread and jam will be served.
