As a non-profit, volunteer-led festival celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026, your support ensures that over 100 events—ranging from live music and art exhibitions to poetry and film—remain free and accessible to all.
Your contributions specifically help safeguard cornerstone events like the Opening Night by Brockley station, providing vital platforms for both emerging local talent and established artists to showcase their work. We've teamed up with Lewisham Community Lottery to fundraise for this year's Max In The Park on Hilly Fields on 6th June 2026. Lewisham Community Lottery is an exciting weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in Lewisham. You can play each week and Brockley Max receives 60% of your contribution. Volunteer with us!
Volunteers play a vital role at the Brockley Max festival, providing invaluable support throughout the year. Regardless of your level of experience, we are always eager to hear from individuals interested in giving back to their local community while enjoying themselves. There are various ways you can contribute, such as assisting at events, distributing festival programmes or flyers, or even providing behind-the-scenes help to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation.
