You have been summoned to Reform School!

Martin Rowson’s Reform School on 24 November

Internationally renowned satirical cartoonist, author and commentator Martin Rowson brings world events into sharp focus with his hysterical-yet-so-on-point visuals skewering the boasts and puff that characterise the chancers and characters that make us all groan. The Guardian cartoonist (and local resident) Martin Rowson does Brockley Max the great honour of hosting the world premiere of his brand-new show Reform School, helping us raise funds for next year’s festival.

An evening of satirical scrawlings and historical horrors. Reform School will track the rise – and hopefully the downfall – of Nigel Farage through cartoons, along with brief explorations of Brexit and its legacy. Swearing and foul imagery mean this show is thoroughly unsuitable for actual schoolchildren.

Expect foul language and messy props as Martin puts the world to rights and certain slippery sorts in their rightful place during an uproarious night at The Brookmill pub.
