Last year, our community suggested fourteen amazing women who have lived or worked in Lewisham and who have changed our society. Now, four of those women – Rosamund Adoo-Kissi-Debra, Mavis Best and Kristina & Sadé Alleyne are being painted during the festival. Pop down and watch artists Roxanne Williams, Jelly and Amanda Williams create a lasting legacy as part of the Untold Stories project, funded by the Mayor of London. The process is being filmed and uploaded to brockleymax.co.uk/murals every evening if you can’t make it down to watch their progress!
