Let’s start the festival with a bang at the legendary opening night by Brockley Station with an afternoon and evening of music on the street. From 4.30 we’ll get Brockley swinging with local bands and performers from choral to classical, reggae to rock, with folk and funk in between.
If all that dancing and cheering makes you thirsty, there are plenty of excellent food and drink options from our local businesses including Wetherspoons, The Gantry, Brockley Barge, The Brockley Deli and parlez.

Headliners Yin Yang Magic Gang – a collection of local musicians – mix zombie dub and old school dancehall with reggae, roots and jungle, bringing you the things to make you groove.
Coldway, a multi-faceted singer/rapper/producer from Memphis, TN, blazes through the music industry with his unique, soulful sound titled “Space Soul”. His latest project ‘G.T.O.’ embodies his core to the fullest, while giving a melodic journey on every song.
TATYANA is many things – a harpist, singer, producer and sound artist. A full scholarship recipient from Berklee College of Music (USA), TATYANA weaves together electronic music with a classical instrument to create her own unique style. “Joanna Newsom meets SZA in this performer – a musician with a completely contemporary approach to the harp” – TATYANA blurs the boundaries between pop, jazz and folk traditions, combining this with her powerful voice and catchy songwriting. Glasxs is an indie-electronica artist who mixes robots with nature. Her inspirations include Radiohead, James Blake, Portishead and Lykke Li among others. Her debut album “Planet Reverse” can be found on all digital distributors and streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. Her second album will be released in Summer 2018 by Sony Epic Istanbul.
Boy Wonder
Born in Lewisham, studying music in Hoxton, this 18 year old singer/songwriter brings his own unique sound – perfect for a summers evening.
Lina Simons is an Afroitalian rapper and singer known for mixing trap with soul music.
Thunk have roots in jazz and funk, with influences of ska, reggae and South African music thrown in. Based in south-east London, this six -piece includes our musical director s Richard and Ben Swan.
Hummie Mummies is a fantastic child-friendly pop choir with several branches in South-east London.
Prima Queen is a dreamy all-female alternative/indie band fronted by songwriting duo and best friends Louise Macphail (Bristol, UK) and Kristin McFadden (Chicago, USA). Combining vulnerable and nostalgic story telling with light-hearted lyrical imagery, their playful yet gritty style draws influences from artists such as Julia Jacklin, Girlpool, and Death Cab for Cutie.
Josef Pitura-Riley is an exciting upcoming Singer/Songwriter. Whether he’s rocking out on Guitar or bouncing off the Piano keys with his band, Josef’s pop/rock songs are guaranteed to put you in a good mood while his live shows are always exciting, upbeat and most of all really good fun! Dusty is a one man band, Blues musician and singer, playing slide guitar and Mississippi mud-harp backed by kick beats. He’s played across his native Ireland, the States and now London doing original songs and his take on classic covers.
