Inviting you in through simple stories intertwined with deep emotional meaning. His music is influenced two-fold, both by singer-songwriters and indie bands he grew up listening to, like Sampha, Ben Howard and Sticky Fingers. Equally, by Rap and Neo-soul artists including Loyle Carner, Anderson Paak and Tom Misch. From Aion’s first solo show at the Troubador in 2021, to supporting the likes of Hak Baker and Pip Millet with his band, joining BPM Music collective and collaborating with the best, he’s fast moving to become one of 2024’s rising stars. “I thrive in a bit of chaos…”
