Nine-day community arts festival in Lewisham
Join us on Saturday 14 February for a fun-filled f Join us on Saturday 14 February for a fun-filled folk dance night. Make a date with Brockley Max and The Box of Delights ceilidh band for a memorable night of Celtic folk dancing in the beautiful St Hilda’s Church, Crofton Park. Applications are OPEN for performers for our Openi Applications are OPEN for performers for our Opening Night and MAX in the Park 🎶 🧑‍🎤 Opening Night is on the 29th of May by Brockley Station (4.30pm -10.30pm) and Max In The Park on 6th June on Hilly Fields (midday to 6pm). If you are a musician, band, choir and dance group and you’d like to be on the bill, please complete this form with links to your live performances. Unfortunately, we cannot consider you without a link to a live performance. We showcase a mix of up and coming and experienced performers from Lewisham and aim to be representative of our diverse community, so are particularly keen to showcase female and global majority performers as well as refugees and people seeking sanctuary. The beloved community arts festival, which primari The beloved community arts festival, which primarily takes place across Brockley, Crofton Park, Ladywell and Honor Oak returns on Friday 29 May 2026 and runs for nine days. The festival is bookended by a fantastic al fresco Opening Night on the first evening and a family-focused day festival up on Hilly Fields on Saturday 6 June. If you’d like to host an event – dance, theatre, music, comedy, put on a creative workshop for children or adults, want to share your love of zines or show off your DJ skills – we can help. The organising team can help match event ideas with venues, but we have also put together a Venues List with location, capacity and contact information. In our 25th year we are bringing back some old favourites, celebrating the diverse nature of the festival, welcoming emerging talent and going bigger than before.
