The famous Brockley Max Art Market is back this year showcasing over 20 local artists, craftspeople and designers in the grounds of the Church.

Kimono Kraft’s collections are handmade from vintage Kimono & Japanese fabric and are created in Beckenham, South London. Each unique item is made with immense care and attention to detail, ranges include; cushions, bags, purses, make-up bags, cards and various gift items.

McBee Bags & Accessories – based in SE London, Vivien Moyes makes beautiful and practical bags and accessories from authentic vintage fabrics. New from old; repurpose, recycle, relove.

Christopher Bowden is a local author of novels that have attracted praise from Andrew Marr, Julian Fellowes, Sir Derek Jacobi and Shena Mackay.  www.christopherbowden.com

Grey Gate London offers hand poured soy wax candles and reed diffusers made in the heart of Brockley at the house with the Grey Gate. Minimal and contemporary in design, they are made to compliment any room in your home.

Crazivity is the art & design studio of Roxanne Williams creating ‘eye candy for the soul’ in the form of vibrant original art and prints plus the recent addition of children’s books.

Mina_n_friends started at the beginning of lockdown one. Jasmine wanted to show how diverse the world truly is, through doll making.

Holly Page is a part time potter, making small batch ceramics in her garden studio in South East London. Her work plays with colour and pattern on simple forms for functional and decorative homewares; making pieces that are tactile and aesthetically pleasing but can also be used in our everyday lives.

Stephen Shillito is a Designer & Illustrator, focussing on print design for local businesses, sole traders and the voluntary sector. Inspired by bold vintage typographic posters, street signage and ‘Swiss style’ graphics, his postcode prints celebrate the local area and help you to ‘love your road’ that little bit more!

South East Soaps started in November 2020, selling handmade, vegan soaps with no sls, no parabens or other harsh chemicals. South East Soaps is a family run business from the heart of South East London with family recipes now available for all. Our soaps are kind to your body and the environment.

Raising Ravers is a fun festival inspired clothing brand for the family that raves together! At the heart of Raising Ravers is a love of music, design, fun and family. Our mission is to create bold non-gendered clothing that kids and adults love. Encouraging the next generation to be lively and colourful from the cradle to the rave! Handmade in London in small quantities using high quality, locally sourced and dead stock fabrics. Beautifully made and hard-wearing, so perfect for passing on when they no longer fit so someone else can rave in them!

Elisabetta Fumagalli’s ceramics are stoneware thrown on the wheel. She aims to bring joy and it gives her great pleasure to think that her functional ware will be handled, used and lived with, enhancing any occasion.  There is real connection between the maker and the person buying her pots.

Kath Dare – Handmade charming gold and silver sustainable jewellery. Soulful pieces made using traditional techniques inspired by nature and the world around us.

Ana Rose creates original hand-crafted linocut prints, her work is a combination of her love of landscapes and nature with language and wordplay. She loves the striking contrast created with linocuts; strong lines combined with a monochromatic palette.

Nova and Lorsten reimagine good wood furniture, ceramics and throw away things with the ancient art of Decoupage. Their decoupagerie includes classic album art coasters, Mills and Boon cover art home wares, Bottletop jewellery, and antique prints collage gift wrap.

Paula needs a Brush – Inspired by the Brockley neighbourhood and day to day life, Paula creates bold, colourful paintings in acrylic.

Laika57 – All organic and FairWear certified t-shirts and clothing, printed in the UK with original and unique designs from South London artist Dylan Orchard.

Marcia and Mec are textiles and fibre artists from south east London. They started their indie yarn shop called Yarnarama, in February 2017 in Greenwich. They sell wool, yarns, fibres and notions for knitting, crochet and felting. Plus, they hand make, accessories for adults, children and home decor.

In addition to original work, Wenderific also creates greeting cards, postcards and prints based on her abstract paintings and botanical illustrations.

Inspired In Brockley is a collection of artistic expressions from local resident, Cheryl. Mainly focused on lightweight polymer clay earrings, with additional products including necklaces, hair accessories and home accessories.  Cheryl’s earrings are bright, bold and can be seen all around the local area.

Charlotte E Padgham – Unconventional sustainable artwork and jewellery using the imperfect, discarded and intervention of the self as inspiration, tool, and material. Sustainability and circular economy principles are an integral part of Charlotte E Padgham’s process. Materials and waste from producing work are reused and reworked within and across her art and jewellery practices. She is passionate about sourcing materials with her own hands, re-using what is already in circulation, and giving new life to what cannot be recycled.
