There’s been more than one Jubilee this week, apparently. The better one was held in Brockley under the careful guidance of ‘Queen’ Moira Tait. Sure, as Moira will be first to say, the Brockley Max 21st (or Brass) Jubilee only happened thanks to the volunteers, performers, musicians, artists, writers, and local business supporters. But there’d be nothing to celebrate if it weren’t for Moira’s dedicated, selfless, dignified service. Gawd bless yer, Ma’am. (Cue anthem from the BMax Brass section.)
